1. Ginger

Ginger is a true miracle cure that can help with many ailments – among other things, it can also contribute to our lung function. Because the tuber is not only rich in vitamin C and minerals such as iron, magnesium or potassium. The gingerols it contains have an anti-inflammatory effect, protect the body from pathogens and help remove mucus from the lungs.
